A Guest who begins a session with an Expert at a certain fee per minute will continue to pay that fee throughout the session, even when a system event changes those rates (for example, if your rating increases and your price per minute is raised). The only exception to this is when an Expert gives a visitor a Discount. New rates go into effect with new chats initiated after the rate change.
